Forever Grateful to Cheng Hsin General Hospital for Removing My Huge Uterine Fibroid (5100g) and Preserving My Uterus

I am writing this letter to express my deepest gratitude for the great medical care that I received at your hospital. As a patient from Macau, I was diagnosed with a uterine fibroid in 2016, which had grown to a staggering 28 cm within a few years. The fibroid had occupied my entire uterus, causing severe discomfort. Doctors in Macau and Taiwan recommended the removal of my entire uterus, but we persistent search led us to Dr. Li, Wai-Hou at Cheng Hsin hospital’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Department.

They arranged for me to have surgery as soon as possible and gave me great support and care.

The preoperative examination, arranged by Dr. Li, reassured me of my condition, and I felt confident about the surgery.

Thanks to the exceptional care that I received from Dr. Li, Wai-Hou, Ms. Lin Chen-Yu, and your hospital’s medical team, the five-hour surgery, which removed the 5100-gram fibroid, was a success. The postoperative care, including the follow-up appointments and aftercare, was equally commendable.
