Cheng Hsin General Hospital and Qin Xiang Yuan Health Industry Group Establish Telehealth Partnership

Cheng Hsin General Hospital and Qin Xiang Yuan (Shandong) Health Industry Group have officially signed a telehealth consultation partnership, to provide remote medical consultations for overseas patients. The signing of this partnership is a significant step towards improving medical services for overseas patients, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, when physical travel is difficult. The online signing ceremony was attended by Superintendent Wei Jeng and representatives from both parties.

Under this partnership, Cheng Hsin General Hospital’s Heart Center, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Rehabilitation Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Urology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology departments will participate in this program. Patients can now benefit from the ability to consult with physicians through video conference at any time, regardless of their location, enabling them to monitor their medical status in real-time.
